Superb care. Mr Parbari took the time and trouble to make a proper assessment of my problem, followed it up and diagnosed and treated a previously unsuspected problem. At all times he was thoughtful and considerate and took the time to explain every step and the reason for doing it.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Pabari - from diagnosing the problem, undertaking minor surgery and the after-care. Throughout the process he was very open, polite, helpful and professional and I was very comfortable putting my full trust with him.

Mr Pabari treated me to remove a benign cystic ganglion from the underside of my foot. He and his team provided excellent care both on the day of the operation and in the follow up appointments. At each follow up dressing appointment Mr Pabari took the time to look at the wound, update me on its progress and answer my questions. He was patient with me, answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have seemed to him. He continued to see me until he was completely satisfied that all was well. I should also commend the nursing team on the day, who made me feel very calm and relaxed despite a long wait, and the nurses (with the exception of one, who was heavy handed and rather short in patience on the day I saw her) who cleaned and dressed my foot at the follow up appointments. The only comment I would make, that I hope would help future patients, would be to provide some paper-based information relating to foot massage or whatever at home exercises you are asked to undertake. Thank you.
